High Dental, our Elsternwick dental clinic is headed by Melbourne dentist Dr. Nicholas Hii. Dr Nicholas provides high quality dental care to both families and individuals who seek optimum dental health.
Dr. Nicholas Hii holds a Post graduate diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry from Kings College London and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Honours) from Queen Mary University of London. He has extensive work experience at dental practices in UK, Malaysia and Australia. He has also worked for renowned Dr. Raj Rattan, Associate Dean of the London Deanery. In Melbourne, Dr.Nicholas has worked at NIB Dental Care Centre on Collins St and Pacific Smiles Dental Practice on Bourke Street. He is also a member of General Dental Council UK and ADA-Australian Dental Association.
Dr Nicholas Hii’s ethos at his practice is to put his patients first. He provides excellent care and attention to his patients and builds a strong rapport with them. This patient-centred approach differentiates our practice from other dentists in Elsternwick.
Dr Will Chu qualified from Griffith University with a Bachelor degree in Oral Health in Dental Science and a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry. After graduating from dental school he practised widely in rural Queensland where he worked in private practice. Dr Will has gained extensive knowledge and experience working in both the private and rural public dental health systems, prior to returning to his home state of Victoria.
Dr Will performs all general dentistry with a special interest in restorative dentistry. He focuses on creating a compassionate and caring environment, ensuring patients are at ease. He is looking forward to providing excellent dental care to patients and families in the community.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Will enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes fishing and marathon running.
Dr Lilian Phu graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Her passion for helping people achieve their dental and oral health goals is reflected by the quality, care and attention she gives to each patient she encounters. Additionally, her friendly and bubbly nature will be sure to bring a smile on anyone's face.
Before embarking on dentistry, Dr Lilian conducted extensive research on Hepatitis C. During her free time, she enjoys oil painting and digital drawing.
Dr Su Min Lee graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Honours) and Doctor of Dental Surgery.
She practices all aspect of general dentistry and strives to deliver quality dental treatment to all patients with a patient centred approach. She aims to provide positive dental experiences for patients, ensuring that they feel at ease and comfortable on the chair. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. During her free time, Su enjoys spending time with her family.
I obtained a Bachelor of science and Bachelor of Oral Health at Otago university in Dunedin and followed that with a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Dental Therapy. I worked in New Zealand for 4 years in a mixture of public and private practices and then moved to Melbourne where I have been based for the past 4 years. I specialise in periodontal treatment and management, general dental procedures with particular focus on simple restorative dentistry and peadiatric dentistry. I am passionate about dentistry and aim to provide a high standard of treatment. I particularly enjoy getting to know each and every one of my patients and ensure they have a pleasant experience.
In my spare time I like to stay fit and active, play guitar and spend time with family and friends.
Chloe has been in the dental field for over 13 years having started out as a dental assistant trainee. She has worked across all roles in a dental clinic and has gained extensive experience and knowledge in many areas of dentistry.
Chloe has been a part of High Dental since day one. She enjoys the day-to-day challenges the role brings and keeping up to date with legislation by completing the clinic's accreditation.
As a manager, Chloe's job is to oversee practice operations and standing by our motto "Putting Patients First." Chloe welcomes all patients with her bubbly personality.
Away from the practice, Chloe enjoys knitting and crocheting.
Menglin (Meng), has been working in dentistry for more than four years . At High Dental, she works at reception and fulfils roles as a dental assistant.
Meng excels in customer service and can speak fluent English and Mandarin and can understand Cantonese. Meng is enthusiastic and passionate about dentistry and is always keen in updating her knowledge and skills in the field.
In future, Meng would like to travel abroad to attend courses for the dental auxiliary team, bringing back the latest knowledge and training so she can provide the best care for her patients.
In her own time, Meng loves listening to music, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
